Mentors and Business Coaches International has been operating for over 20 years. Established by a group of Australians who looked outwards and gathered a band of internationals around them. They are all from a diverse range of business backgrounds, whose goal has always been to ‘transform the marketplace’.
This group believes that the focus of successful organisations and corporates is to be on its people, not just the bottom line.
Individually they have seen the rise of hierarchical, autocratic, directive management that has left the key people out of the picture, losing the input of those who actually understand the business from the ground up.
We have seen transformational change in people and organisations. We have been engaged to deal with toxic workplaces where people are stressed, demotivated and angry. Our coaching has enabled a total turnaround to occur, where staff are happy, engaged and productive.
Over the years we have adapted and added to our processes and tools to ensure we are delivering the most effective programs to our clients.
Part of our vision has always been to be a global network, using our intellectual property to train other like-minded people to develop their skills as mentors and business coaches.
As a result, we have trained people in Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Korea, India, DRC, Sweden, England, Hungary, the United States, as well as Australia and we look forward to expanding further.
